Shipping policy

We ship with USPS Parcel Select Ground Shipping service. Orders ship Monday - Friday. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. Orders ship usually on the same day or by the next business day, but processing can take up to 2 business days during busy seasons.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note it often takes 24 hours for the shippers to update your tracking information, especially USPS.

Signature is not required for deliveries. Deliveries may be left at your door at the discretion of the delivery driver. We cannot control or make special requests for delivery. If you need any special handling, please contact your US postal worker or UPS driver at your location.

We ship many gifts but we do not offer gift wrap, cards or special handling for gifts. It is not possible to send packages with no company name. All packages have our business name on the shipping label. There is no price information anywhere on the box, There is no invoice or price information inside the box, only a packing slip.
